More Than Words

Hello, and Happy Monday!  I hope your week is starting out to be a fabulous one!  I tried my hand at a bit of no line coloring today with an image from the Picket Fence Studios Beautiful Girls collection.  Jordan Girl has been in my sights to color for a while now, and is available at the 7 Kids Store.  I cannot tell you how much fun she is to create with.  She has such a peaceful expression and stance.  It kind of rubbed off on me while I was coloring her!  I kept it a very clean and simple design, as the image just seemed to demand it.  And the fence is design paper that is has a wood grain that I die cut, and then colored in slats with my Copics.  Overall, I’m pleased with the results, and will definitely be coloring another from the Beautiful Girl collection in the not to distant future!

Fox Belated

Happy Friday, my crafty friends!  A quick post for you today, as I have to take my dear momma to the doctor this morning, and my kids and granddaughter are coming for the weekend.  So much to do, and so little time!
It looks today like somebody forgot somebody’s birthday!  Oh, oh. Hi There

Hello!  We’ve reached the middle of the week, and I hope yours has been a splendid one!  I’m up at 7 Kids today, and since it’s Wednesday, my post will also be featured in the 7 Kids weekly newsletter . The technique I am featuring is utilizing die cuts creatively by extending your image outside of the die cut border.  I chose to color “Have A Cheerful Day”, by Picket Fence Studios.  These little sprites put a smile on my face every time I look at them!  I found some beautiful papers in my stash and matched them with my Copics, and am so pleased with the results.  Be sure to check out the 7 Kids Newsletter, which you can sign up for on the 7 Kids Crafts  home page.  You’ll find great tips and techniques from the talented 7 Kids design team!

You Have a Hug

Hello dear friends!  Today the star of the show is I Am a Hugger, by Picket Fence Studios.  I’m so excited that 7 Kids Crafts has added Picket Fence products to their inventory.  Such a diverse and fun selection to choose from!  These little sprites were quick and oh so fun to color.   I paired them with Echo Park Hello Spring paper, and did my best to match my copic choices with the lovely spray of tulips.  The sentiment is included in the I Am a Hugger stamp set, and I love it!
This was a project that instilled a bit of spring fever in me!  Guess I better refrain from that for a few more weeks though!  Hope you like these little huggers, and thanks for visiting my blog!

Right This Very Moment

Happy Monday everyone!  It’s a gorgeous day in my neck of the woods.  I’m looking forward to getting outside and taking in a bit of the sun.  It’s chilly, but somethin’ about that sun! Right?  

Today I chose to color another Picket Fence image - I cannot get enough of these cuties!  This little sprite’s name is “Flying By To Say Hi”.  If you’re in a time crunch to complete a card for someone, these little sprites are the perfect solution.  This card took me 30 minutes, and I’m certain the person I created it for will be pleased.  7 Kids Crafts has a great selection of Picket Fence, and I just want to color up every one!  Oh, if there were only more time in the day!  See you  next post! ♥️

You Rock the Catwalk

Hello Friends!  We got several inches of snow last night, so today was a great day to hunker down and get crafty!  I’m also up at 7 Kids Crafts, and I chose to color So Proud of You, by Picket Fence Studios.  I was excited to learn that 7 Kids now carries Picket Fence clear stamps, as they are SO cute!  I had a lot of fun coloring this little sprite, choosing a CAS format so I could keep the focus on her cuteness.  Hope you enjoy her!
