Hello my crafty friends!  Today I’m up for 7 Kids Crafts , and I chose to color Gorjuss Girl Nightlight .  She’s one of my favorites and GG is 7 Kids featured vendor this month.  The background paper, which I adore, is Studio Light/Winter Trails.  I also die cut hearts from the Tim Holtz Gift Card Bag Set  - which is a set filled with crafty options!  Finally, for a fun touch I added my “go to” embellishment, which I’ve described how to do in the 7 Kids Wednesday email.  You can sign up to receive this email on the 7 Kids Home Page.

Miles Apart

Hello!  I’m having so much fun coloring these lovely Gorjuss Girls.  They are being featured by 7 Kids with 20% off as their monthly vendor for January.  As part of the celebration, Amy Young did a live tutorial on the 7 Kids Facebook group page.  It was awesome!  I colored along with her, and this card is the result.  You can find this Gorjuss Fly Away With Me at the 7 Kids Crafts Store.  The stamp is much larger, as I reduced her size by photo copying at 60%.  They are such beautiful, quality stamps!  I think you’d love them!

Missing you

Hello!  I’m so so excited to share this Gorjuss Girl with you today!  Why, you ask?  All Gorjuss Girl stamps are 20% off at 7 Kids Crafts for the month of January.  Great sale, and who doesn’t love to create with these lovely stamps?  I chose to color Gorjuss Waiting, Collectible No. 52, and used the Studio Light/Winter Trails design paper, also available at the 7 Kids store.  Love how these papers create the scene for you, and the colors are just beautiful.  I really enjoyed putting this little card together, and hope you get a chance to check out the fun at 7 Kids.  Have a fabulous day, my crafty friends, and thank you for your visit!

Peace To You and Yours

Good day everyone! This is my final post as a guest designer for 7Kids. It’s been such a pleasure, and I’ve been so grateful for the opportunity. For my final post I chose to color Gorjuss Polar Bear. I do love this sweet image, and 7 Kids has a great supply of Gorjuss Girl Stamps in their store. I chose a CAS layout, and played with new color combos that I ended up being very happy with. Hope you enjoy! Hi Friend

Today's guest to my blog is "Pretend Friend" from Santoro's Gorjuss Girl collection. Another favorite! My inspiration was triggered this morning when I pulled the background paper from my stash. Just love the colors, so I was on a mission! This is the first time I've used the E70's (Copics) to color hair, but I ended up being happy with the results. Not really sure if I've seen anybody with this color of hair - but, when you're a colorist, you get to create whatever inspires you, right? That's half the fun! I make many of my cards for my mother, who lives in an assisted living facility. She loves scribing a little message and passing them out to her friends. This one will definitely serve that purpose. Hope it will make the recipient smile, and makes you smile as well! That's it for today, and thank you for stopping by!
