You Have a Hug

Hello dear friends!  Today the star of the show is I Am a Hugger, by Picket Fence Studios.  I’m so excited that 7 Kids Crafts has added Picket Fence products to their inventory.  Such a diverse and fun selection to choose from!  These little sprites were quick and oh so fun to color.   I paired them with Echo Park Hello Spring paper, and did my best to match my copic choices with the lovely spray of tulips.  The sentiment is included in the I Am a Hugger stamp set, and I love it!
This was a project that instilled a bit of spring fever in me!  Guess I better refrain from that for a few more weeks though!  Hope you like these little huggers, and thanks for visiting my blog!

Hello my crafty friends!  Today I’m up for 7 Kids Crafts , and I chose to color Gorjuss Girl Nightlight .  She’s one of my favorites and GG is 7 Kids featured vendor this month.  The background paper, which I adore, is Studio Light/Winter Trails.  I also die cut hearts from the Tim Holtz Gift Card Bag Set  - which is a set filled with crafty options!  Finally, for a fun touch I added my “go to” embellishment, which I’ve described how to do in the 7 Kids Wednesday email.  You can sign up to receive this email on the 7 Kids Home Page.

Right This Very Moment

Happy Monday everyone!  It’s a gorgeous day in my neck of the woods.  I’m looking forward to getting outside and taking in a bit of the sun.  It’s chilly, but somethin’ about that sun! Right?  

Today I chose to color another Picket Fence image - I cannot get enough of these cuties!  This little sprite’s name is “Flying By To Say Hi”.  If you’re in a time crunch to complete a card for someone, these little sprites are the perfect solution.  This card took me 30 minutes, and I’m certain the person I created it for will be pleased.  7 Kids Crafts has a great selection of Picket Fence, and I just want to color up every one!  Oh, if there were only more time in the day!  See you  next post! ♥️

Hello, Lovely

What a crazy busy weekend I’ve had!  Company arrived Saturday and it was a couple whirlwind days.  But it was a good time, for sure.  The disappointing part, though, is that 7 Kids Crafts celebrated Sweet November’s vault opening, and I missed all the fun!  7 Kids reintroduces two archived Sweet November  stamps and converts them to digital images that are available for 48 hours.  Then the vault closes until the following month’s opening.  Long story short, my goal is to get one (or both) of the images colored up before the 48 hour deadline.  Well that I missed, but better late than never.  So I’ve colored Princess Ilyse, and it was a fun project.  Hope you enjoy, and be sure to check out next month’s Sweet November vault opening!  I think you’ll love it!

You Rock the Catwalk

Hello Friends!  We got several inches of snow last night, so today was a great day to hunker down and get crafty!  I’m also up at 7 Kids Crafts, and I chose to color So Proud of You, by Picket Fence Studios.  I was excited to learn that 7 Kids now carries Picket Fence clear stamps, as they are SO cute!  I had a lot of fun coloring this little sprite, choosing a CAS format so I could keep the focus on her cuteness.  Hope you enjoy her!

Miles Apart

Hello!  I’m having so much fun coloring these lovely Gorjuss Girls.  They are being featured by 7 Kids with 20% off as their monthly vendor for January.  As part of the celebration, Amy Young did a live tutorial on the 7 Kids Facebook group page.  It was awesome!  I colored along with her, and this card is the result.  You can find this Gorjuss Fly Away With Me at the 7 Kids Crafts Store.  The stamp is much larger, as I reduced her size by photo copying at 60%.  They are such beautiful, quality stamps!  I think you’d love them!

Missing you

Hello!  I’m so so excited to share this Gorjuss Girl with you today!  Why, you ask?  All Gorjuss Girl stamps are 20% off at 7 Kids Crafts for the month of January.  Great sale, and who doesn’t love to create with these lovely stamps?  I chose to color Gorjuss Waiting, Collectible No. 52, and used the Studio Light/Winter Trails design paper, also available at the 7 Kids store.  Love how these papers create the scene for you, and the colors are just beautiful.  I really enjoyed putting this little card together, and hope you get a chance to check out the fun at 7 Kids.  Have a fabulous day, my crafty friends, and thank you for your visit!

You Brrring Me Joy

Hello there!  I colored this little January Fairy Tot from Sweet November  (not for purchase, details below) morning, took a picture of it, and posted on my blog as a draft.  I was running late heading out to take care of my granddaughter for a couple days.  She lives a few hours away over a couple mountain passes.  Mountain passes that happened to be packed with snow and ice.  Needless to say, the drive was a little unnerving!  But, I made it!  So now that my sweet granddaughter, Noe, is sleeping, I wanted to take a minute to get this post completed.  I received this January Tot FREE from 7 Kids’ Sweet November.  All I had to do was post a card at 7 Kids FB page from Sweet November’s  latest release and, voila!, this darling little fairy landed in my email!  This was amazing fun to color, and I’m excited to see what next months ‘s surprise will be!  Take care, and stay crafty!

Well, good day to you fine crafty people!  I have a quick post for you today.  7 Kids just had their monthly Sweet November release, and I can’t stop coloring!  Peppy the Penguin is one of the characters of the collection that I adore.  He’s just so darn happy!  And, since Sweet November  is all digital stamps, it was easy to duplicate and flip Peppy any which way I wanted.  So now there’s three on my card today!  It was a crazy fun project, and I think you’d love coloring Peppy as well!  He is available at the new 7 Kids Craft Store.  Check it out, have a great day, and thank you for stopping by!

So Happy

Well, I don’t know about you, but my new year is starting off with a huge bang!  But I’m having a great time, so no complaints!  Today I’m very excited to be putting up my first post as a new member of the 7 Kids Crafts Design Team!  For the occasion, I chose to color Nora Northlight  and her friend Fergus the Fox .  7 Kids’ Sweet November just released the most beautiful collection of fairies.  And the creator, Amy, so effectively creates stamps that support scene building.  7 Kids also offers games, prizes, and fabulous, helpful tutorials (on the 7 Kids Crafts FB group) with each of the Sweet November releases.  So check out the great fun at 7 Kids, and I do hope you enjoy my post today!  Thank you for stopping by!

Wishing You Joy

Happy New Year!!  I hope you had a fabulous time bringing in the new year.  My husband and I had a very quiet, peaceful evening.  We watched a movie, opened the bubbly, and barely made it past midnight!  But it’s a new year, and I am so excited to share with you that I’m joining the 7 Kids Crafts Design Team.  Just a lovely group of ladies, and I’m looking so forward to being a part of this creative and friendly team!
