Greetings!  I’m up today for 7 Kids, and I’ve colored a sweet image from The Greeting Farm , “I Heart U”, and paired her up with a few little pieces of Doodlebug Designs Paper .  As I sit here posting, there’s a foot of snow outside.  So creating this little Spring scene was somewhat satisfying.  At least I can pretend through my card making that warmer weather is here, and flowers are blooming!  I chose to keep this a CAS design today, and ended up loving it!  I hope you do too!

Thankful For You

Sending Love

Hello there!  I’m up for 7 Kids today, and I chose to color “Lovely Lotus”, by Neat and Tangled.  I don’t typically create flower themed cards.  But oh my, this stamp set made me swoon.  They are gorgeous quality stamps, and I look forward to creating with this set again in the future.  I decided to try no line coloring, and ended up being pleased with the results.  The flower colors are in the RV family, and it was a bit of a challenge to achieve a smooth blend, but I love how the colors popped.  Finally, I cut out the leaf, and raised it on mounting tape.  It provided dimension and a nice finishing touch.

You Are Loved

The weekend is finally here, and  I hope you get a chance to do a few of your favorite things with your friends and family.  Today I’m sharing a CAS design that I created for a dear family member that received devastating news from her doctor this week.  But I am full of hope and prayers that she will find peace during such a tough time, and that she will heal.  And hopefully this card gives her a moment of joy.

Hello friends!  I have a quick post for you today.  I chose to color another Love Bug from Sweet November’s open vault.  These little cuties are addictive!  They color up quickly, and look at that sweet face!  Who wouldn’t adore a cute little Love Bug for Valentines Day?

Love You

Greetings!  I’m up today at 7 Kids Crafts, and am excited to share “By Your Side” .  This lovely digital image is created by Sweet November  and is part of the latest release at 7 Kids.  I knew as soon as I laid eyes on this image that it would be perfect for my husband.  Such a sweet scene, and a joy to create with.  I did the sky prior to coloring the lovebirds.  It was a hot mess for a minute as it crept into the image.  But in the end, I was pleased with the continuity of the horizon.  It was light enough that it didn’t impact the finished design.  I hope you enjoy, and I also hope it is a Valentine that makes my husband feel loved! ♥️
